The Latino Church in America stands at a critical moment!
For generations, Latino pastors and congregations have faithfully served their communities, often navigating limited resources while carrying significant spiritual, personal, and leadership responsibilities. Yet God's vision for His people has always been greater than survival.
He calls individuals, churches, and entire communities to flourish.
The Latino Flourishing Project is a discipleship-centered coaching initiative designed to help pastors and ministry leaders move from scarcity toward stewardship, generosity, and long-term community impact in partnership with Thrivent.
This is not simply a program. It is a guided process of formation that begins with the leader and extends outward to the church, the family, and the community.
Why Flourishing Matters
Many pastors spend their lives helping others thrive while lacking the space, support, or tools to strengthen their own financial stewardship, leadership development, strategic planning, and long-term vision.

The Latino Flourishing Project builds upon the foundation established as an extension of our Oikonomía Initiative.
While Oikonomía has helped pastors and ministry leaders strengthen financial literacy, stewardship practices, and ministry sustainability, the Latino Flourishing Project expands that journey into leadership formation, generosity, strategic planning, and holistic community impact.
